AI WAVE Founder
Tara Ferguson works for the Queensland Police Service, where she spearheaded AI initiatives within the Digital Strategy Division.
Possessing extensive knowledge of AI systems and a well-researched grasp of the capabilities and limitations of frontier and open-source AI models, particularly LLMs, STT, and TTS models, Tara has created several innovative and functional AI applications and workflow processes.
After receiving a Bachelor of Psychological Science (with Honours) from Griffith University, Tara dedicated over a decade to various roles within social and public safety services across both private and government sectors.
Tara established AI WAVE with the goal of empowering individuals to utilise AI to enhance their productivity in personal, work, or business contexts.
